Wonderful property and location! A short walk across a small parking lot and you are on one of the best beaches in the Caribbean! Also, for our family, having access to the pool was great because you could go to the beach for a while and then come back, shower off, and then get in the pool for a bit for the kids to play. Loved the layout of the property and the kitchen was very useful as we prepared nearly half our meals for our two week stay. The closeness to the restaurants at Orient Bay was very convenient as well for breakfast and dinner. It is about a 15 minute drive to Grand Case, 25 minutes to Marigot, and 20-25 mins to Phillipsburg, so it is easy to get to most areas on the island. Gilles and the team had good communication about check-in / check-out procedures and notices during our stay.

Beautiful place. Would stay there again. Positive: Close to beach and restaurants. Spacious and clean. Negative: The safes aren’t big enough for a laptop.

Fabuleux, une très belle propriété en front de mer , près de la plage et des restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied . Moderne et pratique avec des gens accueillant. Au plaisir d’y retourner

This condo was one of the best we have stayed in, just steps from the beach. We love being able to walk to dinner and the beach.

This property has a wonderful location within walking distance of beautiful beaches and first-class restaurants. Plenty of space for four adults and we enjoyed the back porch for breakfast and games. Community pool area is clean and most times empty. We didn’t use the third bedroom, but it had a king bed. One bedroom had a full private bath, the other had a private sink and shower but toilet was in the hall so not quite as private. Gilles and Alex are super accommodating! This is a nice, updated property and the location cannot be beat.
