Great location Positive: The room was spacious and had a very modern, booking decor. Furnishings and appliances were very new and easy to use. Great location within the residence and a great location in the area as it is very very close to the beach and beach restaurants and to other bars and restaurants and grocery and stores just off the beach. Place was very clean and other tenants were pleasant. Their deal with the nearby beachclub for sun loungers and umbrella was much appreciated. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Negative: It was a little bit expensive for what it was. Not much less than the other expensive beachfront hotel without the benefits of a hotel. Check out is early at 10am Mattress could have been a bit softer and a blanket would have been nice.
