Villa Les Yuccas, piscine privée, vue Grand Case, 3 chambres

Bruyant Positive: Super belle villa et dame qui s’occupait de nous extrêmement gentille. La vue époustouflante et la beauté de la villa Negative: En arrivant là bas on nous informe qu’ils y a de gros travaux de construction à l’arrière de la villa. L’hote a volontairement omis de nous le dire, nous empêchant de nous prévaloir de notre droit de changer de logement, surtout au prix très élevé de la villa. Du lundi au vendredi de huit heures à 16h, le bruit était tellement fort que nous ne pouvions profiter de la piscine et de devions aller ailleurs. Lorsque nous avons contacté plusieurs fois l’hôte , celui-ci en avait vraiment rien à faire. Une fois payé, les propriétaires sont odieux. Dommage pour la gentille petite dame qui s’occupe de l’endroit. booking.com a été exemplaire. Par contre pour nous aider.

Simple and elegant home in a perfect location above the lively and culinary area of Grand Case Positive: the house and pool with open-air, simple and comfortable design. the location in a gated community above Grand Case was perfect! Negative: I would prefer the master bath to have its own toilet, but it was right outside the master bedroom door (like a powder room). Not a big deal.

An excellent villa on Saint Martin Positive: The property is beautiful, very new and well maintained. The private saltwater pool gives way to stunning views of Grand Case, a city known for its culinary excellence, which was only a 5-minute drive away. The host, Myriam, was lovely and took care of all our needs. The villa was spacious and equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommend. Negative: The only challenge is navigating the steep driveway, it’s a little daunting at first, but manageable.
