Villa West Indies : vue mer spectaculaire sur Baie Orientale, piscine privée, 4 chambres

My family enjoyed our stay at the West Indies Villa. Alex was prompt at meeting us at the property and was willing to work with us on our check in time. He offered to help us get our bags in the house due to the amount of stairs to reach the house. The pool was nice and clean however there was a dead iguana that they removed immediately. The patios came with plenty of seating and the views are amazing. For anyone considering this property please note, there are a lot of stairs. The drive way is steep and curvy but we made it work. We felt safe the entire time. The only critique I have is that the house could use a good dusting and grout clean in the showers, more seating in the living room, extra blankets and tvs in the bedroom. I didn’t mind it but my husband did. I had to remind my family we were in another country and it showed with the appliances. The house was well stocked with the essential kitchen items and the AC worked too well. Any problems we had were addressed promptly and we appreciate that.

This villa has one of the best views in Orient bay, it is a good hike up the hill but the view is worth it. We enjoy being active so this was the perfect villa for us. A great work out before and after dinner! The villa has a great pool area, one of the few that has afternoon sun that we have rented. Interior is traditional of pre hurricane villas, nicely appointed. Air Con and internet worked very well. Bedrooms were good, clean and the villa was a perfect size for the two of us.

Loved our stay, would have rated 5 stars across the board except for a few minor issues we have become accustomed to seeing in Villa rentals. No "book" in the property to help operate the appliances and homeowner guides as to beaches or dining or things to do. Need a coffee pot other than nespresso. A gas grill is needed (there is a gas griddle). Need a better sound system. All minor, but needed to score 5 stars.
