Villa Atao, heated pool and sublime sea view of Orient Bay, 4 bedrooms suite

We had an amazing stay at this property on the French side of St. Maarten. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed fpr a relaxing vacation. The location couldn't have been better; easy to get to and conveniently close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

We spent a week at this beautiful home with friend. The view was amazing and the property manager Francois was invaluable in helping get restaurant reservations.

A beautiful villa perched on the mountain at Orient Beach that provided spectacular views. Fabulous location. If I could suggest anything it would be to have proper beach towels. We had to buy our own. The bbq is charcoal and not propane so we never got to grill. All in all it’s a great spot if you choose to visit the island of St. Martin

Beautiful, comfortable house with a gorgeous view. The owner was very gracious and responsive. The only small note I have would be to have more towels available for guests as well as a light blanket on the beds instead of just a top sheet. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we hope to come back next year!
