Villa Casa Sand – Luxury Stay, 10 Minutes from the Beach, 3 Bedrooms

The villa is beautiful and the views of Anse Marcel bay and beach are spectacular to enjoy. The kitchen and dining areas are extremely well stocked and we made good use of the heated infinity pool day and late evenings. Each room was well appointed with their own private bath and the linens were wonderfully soft which was welcomed after a couple of days in the sunThe villa is tricky to find and even with being very familiar with the French dude and Anse Marcrl we still missed the turn to the villa. So take just up on offer to meet at Anse marcel beach club when first arriving. We did find the steep driveway with boulders very challenging to back down to exit. We had rented a Toyota forerunner and it was very tight exiting the villa gate. You may want to limit visitors to 4 guests as the driveway seems best suited for a 4 person sedan vs a vehicle fur 6 persons. It was also difficult to know exactly where trash was to be left. We finally figured it out on our own as the gos pin went did not work on our google earth apps. We would have liked more fresh linings daily or at least every other day as we have had provided at other villas we’ve stayed at over the years on the island. We did use and have access to the washing machine and dryer on site. Overall a really beautiful villa with extraordinary views of Anguilla and Anse Marsel. Great value

This home is beautiful and set on the hill over looking Anse Marcel. Clean and stocked with everything you need. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this home. The pool is heated and was wonderful to swim in at night. It is an Easy walk to the Beach and has access to a long hike to a more private beach. communication was great.

We loved our stay in St. Martin. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the view from the pool, our bedrooms and it was nice to prepare meals and look out at the ocean. Gilles and Daphne were very accommodating and we appreciated their constant communication. We highly recommend this house you won't be disappointed.
