Sable Bleu elegant and spacious beach front 2 bedrooms in Orient bay

Everything listed matches what was received. The unit was great for my wife and I for a week. 1) Internet was important to me and worked perfectly; able to do video conference calls etc2) TV has hundred of channels - so yes, you can catch a local station fro your home country3) There are some pool noodles, beach chairs if you want to sue them. We just rented on the beach for 30/day4) Water pressure was decent. There is a large cistern on patio in event of water loss. We didn’t encounter any issues.5) Kitchen has a large fridge, which is all we used. But plenty of utensils if you didn’t want to cook. 6) There is a washer in kitchen, and for drying clothes use the patio where there is a nice breeze.7) Beds were comfortable8) AC was perfect, though did not need it much9) If you like to walk, can easily do 3-4 miles with hills right outside door.10) very close to a small market that has all the basics. 5 min walk at most. A larger grocery store is about 10 min drive.11) Several restaurants nearby - all good and again, 5 min walk.12) Beach right across the road, 5 min walk or less. And if you are going to club orient, about 10 min walk.13) There is a safe in unit for passport or cash, but not laptop or tablets.14) Plenty of power strips. Again this was a great unit for our needs. 40weeks has specific rules around the unit, where trash is, guests entry, etc that you can inquire about if need more info. I would rent this unit again. Perfect. Positive: Location, size and two bathrooms. Plenty of space for 2 couples.

The location is EXCELLENT. We loved sharing this beautifully decorated and well appointed condo with our friends. The windows are huge and flooded the common space with morning sun. The beds were comfy and so happy about the assigned parking space. The only complaint was the beach party noise on Saturday night that went really late and is not typical. Gills and Alex were great about responding to request. This was our second time staying in the area. Highly recommend this property for those looking to relax and unwind with near beach and loads of restaurants to choose from.

Home away from home. Positive: This property is basically home away from home. Beautiful layout, comfortable, equipped with everything you need (kids made smoothies every morning before breakfast - as they do at home). Prime location with restaurants, bakeries, boutiques and supermarket within 2-3 minutes by foot. The beach is right in front of the property. 1 minute walk. There’s a pool. Gym. Just incredible. Hosts and property managers have excellent response time. Negative: I would only recommend having a few softer pillows on hand.

Wonderful location especially with the level of cuisine you can walk to in the village! The ACs blow COLD! Water was never a problem and just a neat 2 bedroom right across the dirt road to Orirnt Beach!
